sofa time
despite having a lovely big work table in the workshop I do like to do hand sewing sitting on the sofa, watching TV ... the only flaw with that is when I'm working on some new ideas and decide to bring home 'a few' trimmings and ribbons because I don't know what I might need...
...and that definitely leads to sofa chaos!

This is also a very familiar situation for me. :) I like sitting sofa and doing hand sewing but after there is a mess in the living room. You are doing great things and a little mess on the sofa is not problem.:)

Oh dear - I'm exactly the same when I'm making greeting cards.
I often craft sitting on the settee and using one of the nested tables but then I spread out all my goodies on the settee and also the floor - the whole room ends up looking like a bomb dropped!!!!!
I too am a setee spreader! I start tidily in a corner and over the course of one small project I manage to cover the whole sofa and the surrounding floor...I just have to hope that the doorbell doesn't ring during my creating or I have to dig myself out!

SOFA CHAOS for the WIN!!! I totally love doing crafting on the sofa its comfy and there is lots of space to spread out in and you can watch your favorite show, its the best place in the world ^.^
