more split peas

split peas are truly marvellous.
it's hard to convey with a photo but they make Giant Happy Tree #2 so, well...weighty!
he is mostly stuffed with fluff, with 1kg of split peas in the bottom...I'm thinking, giant happy tree doorstops!!

Hi Sarah,
Just got home from my holiday and wanted to say thank you for letting me visit your lovely workshop. I'm quite jealous! Having read your blog to date I would like to add that I love the tortoises, hap-pea tree and pincushion!

I just love your work. So simple and perfect!
I would like to ask you a question, if you don't mind.... I do some thing in felt too, and I would like to know what you use to make the "eyes", do you sell it in your store, you send orders to Portugal? You can answer me by mail, if you want to.
I woul thank you very very much. Did I told you already that I simple love your job? :-)
