That's from the pier looking back toward our roadclose up of a bundle tied with strong knotsand an artistic display created by the waves.
Craft-wise I am being organised again and am half way through making a swatch card for my fabric collection ::
Apparently today was the most miserable day of the year but so far I've had a great day...made even better because I'm on holiday next week, not the whole week but near enough. I plan to spend this week getting super-organised so I can get some serious sewing done :-)

Nature is awesomely powerful isn't she?
You have to be the most prolifically productive crafter ever! x
Wow, I hadn't heard about that (here in Southern California - plus, I don't get to watch TV much and when I do it's all Backyardigans and Dora the Explorer), what an amazing sight that must have been.
Have fun organizing, can't wait to see what lovely things you're going to make next.
How bizzare!
It looks like a fringe along the edge of the beach, a barricade or something.
The wood on the beach is a fabulous sight.I have exactly the same view! You must live very close to me.

A fabric swatch card? I think you search for nerdy things to do.... ;)
Isn't the wood exciting???? Have you nicked a load of it for selling on the black market or making into a shed/dog kennel (for your non-existant dog)/studio/workspace/house for John? I saw it on the telly and thought - oooooh, look at that.
We had floods today, they're GREAT! (not if they're in your house, but they are for driving through)
Wow - I hadn't seen the beach on the news, I'll have to go and have a look. I've many fond memories of Worthing beach, mainly freezing cold walks along it at New Year, when we used to stay with friends who lived there for a while.
Your new collections look very exciting too.
Great wood photos:)
What we have is pathetic and has all been taken (not by me I might add - although I do covet some!)
