name in print

Pictures just like that one seem to be popping up all over blogland, the excitement for a new sewing magazine has been extraordinary and I am extremely proud that one of my felt designs was asked to appear ::

I made my sample, wrote my instructions and kept quiet (which is very hard when you have a blog!) but the wait has been worth it to see my name like this ::

The only surprise was that the article/pattern didn't have the name paper-and-string anywhere near it, and that surprised me. Come on, be honest...who knew my real name?
There was this advert for my website though :-)

Thank you to everyone who has sent messages congratulating me for this xxx

  3. Hi Sarah.

Congrats! And I'm 'Karen Lewis' aka blueberry-park.co.uk of the Mini Bunting Fame :-) LIkewise I wish I'd thought to say please put web address alongside. We'll know for next time...or am I being presumptious that there'll be a next time?

I thought the needle case looked slightly familiar, now I know why the style rang bells. Congratulations. I'm 'Elizabeth Yule' behind the pillowcase tote bags - I too wish my blog address had been mentioned alongside the pattern. Sew Hip is a great magazine all round and it's cetainly jus what us UK crafters have been needing.

  15. Hi! Congratulations! I bought the magazine too. The needle book did look familiar. It's very 'Paper and String' so I think most blogger will know that it is one of your products.
